We are looking for an experienced Senior Stratus Software Engineer with a strong background in VOS and C programming to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications on the Stratus platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications on the Stratus VOS platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and bugs.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Work directly with partners and customers to assist with design and evaluation to maximize performance and scalability
- Ensure software solutions meet performance, security, and quality standards
Requirements and technical skills
- Experience level is 8-10 years in relevant technical skillsets mentioned
- Excellent product knowledge of Merchant Payment domain
- Strong knowledge of Stratus platform for 6-7 years.
- Strong technical skills in Stratus, VOS
- Expert Proficiency in C Programming Language.
- Expertise Linux/Unix internals, multi-threading, sockets, IPCs
- Knowledge of Design Patterns
- Knowledge of Stratus Platform
- Knowledge in SQL/Oracle/NoSQL Db or any other DBMS preferable.
- Knowledge in payment domain is added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skill and right attitude to collaborate with the onshore and offshore team.
